NFI Announces Election of Directors

(the Company or NFI), a leading manufacturer of buses and coaches and a provider of comprehensive aftermarket parts and service solutions, is pleased to announce that the ten nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 20, 2026, were elected as directors of the Board at the Company’s annual and special meeting of shareholders (the Shareholder Meeting) held on Friday May 8, 2026.
